CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING

ELIXIR DESSERT
  • 1 BAGUETTE
  • 6 EGG YOLKS
  • 1 QT HEAVY CREAM
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 TSP VANILLA
  • ZEST OF 1 LEMON
  • 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

CUT BAGUETTE INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES. MIX THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL. ADD THE BREAD AND LET IT SOAK FOR 1/2 AN HOUR. BUTTER AND LINE THE PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. COOK THE BREAD PUDDING FOR 35 MINUTES IN A BAIN MARIE. SERVE WITH VANILLA AND/OR CHOCOLATE SAUCE. ENJOY!!!!

CRAZY JANE’S ELIXIR

  • 1 ½ OZ ABSOLUT CITRON
  • ½ OZ COINTREAU
  • 2 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • SPLASH OF FRESH LIME JUICE

COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A SHAKER WITH ICE. STRAIN AND POUR INTO A MARTINI GLASS. GARNISH WITH MARASCHINO CHERRY.
