ELIXIR DESSERT
CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING
- 1 BAGUETTE
- 6 EGG YOLKS
- 1 QT HEAVY CREAM
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TSP VANILLA
- ZEST OF 1 LEMON
- 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
CUT BAGUETTE INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES.
MIX THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL.
ADD THE BREAD AND LET IT SOAK FOR 1/2 AN HOUR.
BUTTER AND LINE THE PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
COOK THE BREAD PUDDING FOR 35 MINUTES IN A BAIN MARIE.
SERVE WITH VANILLA AND/OR CHOCOLATE SAUCE.

- 1 ½ OZ ABSOLUT CITRON
- ½ OZ COINTREAU
- 2 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
- SPLASH OF FRESH LIME JUICE
COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN A SHAKER WITH ICE. STRAIN AND POUR INTO A MARTINI GLASS. GARNISH WITH MARASCHINO CHERRY.
